This page applies to Stick – Near Gay Dating (गे) (the “Stick App”), operated by IndiDino Ventures Private Limited. It contains our Child Safety Standards, our Privacy Policy, and information on deleting Your account and data.

1. Child Safety Standards (CSAE & CSAM)

These standards apply to everyone who uses Stick – Near Gay Dating (गे). They form part of the rules You agree to when You use the Stick App.

1.1 Stick is for adults only (18+)

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Stick. Anyone under 18 is not permitted to use the Service under any circumstances, including with parental consent.
• We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register, and We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
• If We learn or reasonably suspect that an account belongs to a person under 18, We remove the account and delete the associated personal data, except where the law requires Us to preserve it.

1.2 Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

Stick prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in every form. The following are strictly forbidden on Stick, in profiles, photos, messages, calls or any other part of the Service:

• Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, storing or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including photos, videos, drawings, and computer-generated or AI-generated imagery that sexualises a minor.
• Any sexual or sexualised content, conversation or behaviour involving a person under 18.
• Grooming: befriending or contacting a minor in order to facilitate sexual contact or the exchange of sexual imagery, online or offline.
• Sextortion: threatening or blackmailing a minor using real or alleged intimate images.
• Trafficking, advertising or soliciting a minor for sexual purposes.
• Using Stick to seek, arrange or encourage sexual contact with a minor, or to share information on how to do so.
• Glorifying, promoting or normalising any of the above.

1.3 How to report a child safety concern in the app

You can report a concern without leaving the Stick App:

• Report a profile: open the profile and use the Report option. Choose the “Child safety / underage user” reason where it applies.
• Report a message or photo: use the Report option on the message or photo in the chat.
• General support: use the in-app Support / Feedback section to write to Our team.

You can also write to Our Child Safety Point of Contact listed in section 1.6.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact Your local police first (in India, dial 112) or Childline on 1098. Child sexual abuse material found anywhere online can also be reported at India’s National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, cybercrime.gov.in.

1.4 What We do when We find a violation

• Child safety reports are reviewed with priority.
• When We obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or other CSAE content, We remove it from the Service.
• Accounts involved in CSAE are permanently banned. Accounts found or reasonably suspected to belong to a person under 18 are removed.
• We report confirmed CSAM and child sexual exploitation to the relevant regional and national authorities, and preserve related information, as required by applicable law.
• We cooperate with valid requests from law enforcement in child safety investigations.

1.5 Compliance with child safety laws

We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including in India the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

1.6 Child Safety Point of Contact

We have designated a Child Safety & CSAM Compliance Point of Contact, responsible for overseeing child safety practices, CSAM prevention, and compliance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards and Child Endangerment policies.

2. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

• Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.

• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Service. The technologies We use may include:

2.3 Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To keep the Service safe: to review reports, enforce Our Child Safety Standards and other rules, and prevent abuse of the Service.
• For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Us about our Service users is among the assets transferred.
• For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and Your experience.

We may share Your personal information in the following situations:

• With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to contact You.
• For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.

2.4 Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if We are required to retain Your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.

2.6 Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Law enforcement

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency). This includes reporting child sexual abuse material and child sexual exploitation to the relevant authorities, as described in Our Child Safety Standards.

Other legal requirements

The Company may disclose Your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

• Comply with a legal obligation
• Protect and defend the rights or property of the Company
• Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
• Protect the personal safety of Users of the Service or the public
• Protect against legal liability

2.7 Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

2.8 Minors

The Service is intended only for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect, use or store personal information from anyone under 18. If We become aware that We hold personal data of a person under 18, We remove the account and delete that data, except where the law requires Us to preserve it. If You believe a person under 18 is using Stick, please report it in the app or contact Our Child Safety Point of Contact.

2.9 Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

2.10 Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

3. Delete Your Account and Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account in the Stick App and visiting the account settings section that allows You to manage Your personal information. You may also contact Us at hello@indidino.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.

Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when We have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
